The POWER ONE is a custom built power supply perfect for all your low power devices, featuring multi voltage outputs that can be configured to the customers needs, we build these by hand here in Melbourne to order.

The POWER ONE features a quality 9Ah 12v SLA battery designed for cyclic use, regular 7Ah alarm style battery’s cannot handle being capacity cycled during listening sessions.

The circuit is regulated starting with PANASONIC Filtering caps and WIMA bypass caps, the circuit branches out to two regulated supply voltages, we build the supplies standard with 5v and 9v outputs, but can build them with 5v 6v 9v 10v & 12v outputs. Standard outputs are rated at 5v 2A & 9v 1A, we have optional thermal heatsinks for high demand devices.

We are keeping 10v 2A regulators for network switches as this voltage has been reported in the forums as the best sounding, these guys spend hours testing the little things which help us all. The 12v output option is 5A regulated, good for more demanding digital devices.

The key to this power supply is the charging system, we use Ctek products exclusively, and the power supply features the costly but very functional Ctek Indicator Panel for charging input. NOTE: We stock Ctek chargers to suit our power supplies, overseas customers are better to purchase a charger locally, saving the expense of shipping the charger with the power supply (and the battery for that matter!)

Output connections are Neutrik Speakon connectors, high quality good looking and easy to use. We supply two 1.5m long power leads with standard 2.5mm DC power plugs. You can of course use any plug on the end of the lead to suit your equipment.

So what would you use the supply for? Well the MATRIX X-SPDIF is the perfect candidate and really requires a clean DC supply to produce its best. There are many choices of AC power supply out there, the FARAD series supplies from the EU are quite popular and very good, but they are expensive and you have to order them from OS. Our supply is local, we can ship it without the battery if you want to source your own battery locally, without battery the supply is $280.00.
