PLEASE NOTE: We import Oracle Origine to order, you can choose your insert colour and whether you want a lid and/or lightbox. Turnaround time is usually 4 weeks depending on factory stock and what options or upgrades you are interested in.

The new Origine turntable was created with one goal in mind; to answer the historical demand for an affordable, quality built and long-lasting record player from Oracle Audio! Just like for our other products the Origine turntable is 100% designed, crafted and assembled at our factory in Canada. Although the Origine is at the entry point of our line of products it maintains the high standards of excellence that is expected from Oracle Audio! With its outline shaped like the footprint of our flagship Delphi turntable, with its feet system derived from our CD players and with the platter inherited from the Paris turntable, the Origine carries the signature of Oracle’s design.

It harbours a two-bushing spindle holder which is a direct descendant of the vintage Delphi’s main bearing, many of which are still functioning well today after 30+ years! The Origine is equipped with an outboard synchronous AC motor that drives the platter using a belt around its perimeter. The two-step pulley of the Origine allows playback at 33 1/3^rd and 45 rpm.

NOTE: We supply an Australian RCM certified hi-quality linear power supply for the Origine, not the basic plug pack from overseas.

This table only version is the ideal way to get yourself a genuine made in Canada Oracle turntable ready to fit your own arm! Most of our Origin Live arms will fit the Origine, and older REGA RB250/300 arms will drop straight in, only needing a VTA adjuster which we can fabricate for you. You can also fit 3 point mount REGA arms by drilling 3 mounting holes, and any arm with REGA geometry and a 23mm base will drop into the hole.

The plinth of the Origine turntable is equipped with one acrylic insert of the colour of your choice. It is possible to add up to two more inserts in the plinth for a total of three, either when ordering your Origine or later on as they are easy to install. How many inserts depends on what arm you are using as too many makes the plinth too thick to secure the arm. The photo below shows you all the available solid colours. White and black inserts can match a black or a white plinth for a colourless Origine, or as separators between colour inserts.
