Our shipping calculator
is based on weight and has been set up to cover the majority of shipping costs,
in some cases the shipping quote may be too high, or too low, in this case we
will contact you to advise the correct shipping costs and options.

you the customer, we are not responsible for replacing
any lost shipments that are not insured.
EFT payments: Please DO NOT send
us EFT before you receive the final invoice
CC payments: Your card WILL NOT
be charged until you have confirmed the order total

Once all orders have been handed over to
the carrier they become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. If
